Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund of the amount paid.

To be eligible for a return, you’ll need proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

To return your purchase for a refund:

  1. Email customercare@mightyeve.com to let us know why you need a refund.  Please include your order, or invoice number.
  2. Send your package to our return address: MightyEve, 23 Valley Road, Hitchin SG4 8YA

The cost to package and ship the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at customercare@mightyeve.com.

Memberships

All of our memberships have a mimimum total amount payable.

To cancel your membership after our 30 day return and refund policy:

  1. Email customercare@mightyeve.com to let us know that you want to cancel
  2. MightyEve will send you an invoice for any oustanding total amount payable.

Once any oustanding payment is received by MightyEve, your membership canecllation will be processed within 10 business days.
