Switching to period pants replaces one kind of guesswork with another. You stop wondering whether you'll leak, and start wondering how close you are to capacity, without the visual cue a pad gives you. It's a fair thing to wonder. It deserves a straight answer, not a marketing one.

On 27 June 2026, we exhibited at Earthfest Community Day

Mighty Eve had a stand at Earthfest Community Day, a free, family-friendly sustainability day held at the Aga Khan Centre in London on Saturday 27 June 2026, taking place during London Climate Action Week. It was a busy day at the stand, with a steady run of people stopping to ask about our period pants range face to face. Our stand also displayed our customer-persona material, Jade and Claire & Freya, used to help explain who period pants suit.

See for yourself

If that's the question that's been holding you back, you've got a straighter answer than most people manage before they buy anything. Have a look at our period pants range and see if the fit matches what you actually need it to do.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it hold?
For a lot of people, the real anxiety isn't leaking, it's not being able to tell when a pair is close to full the way you can with a pad. It's why some people pick which pair to wear based on how heavy a day is expected to be, and still get caught out when a lighter-looking day turns out heavier than planned.

Here's the honest answer: whatever your normal flow is, these pants will hold three to four times more than that. If you have to change every hour on a disposable, you should be able to go three to four hours in a pair of ours.
