On 21 September 2025, Mighty Eve had a stall at Harpenden Sustainability Market, a Sustainable St Albans initiative held on Harpenden Common in partnership with Harpenden Town Council, running four times a year. It's a market we've had a stall at before, and we set out our period pants range for people to see and ask about in person.

How much does it hold?
Standing at a stall for a full day, on your feet, with no easy way to slip off and check, has a way of sharpening a worry a lot of people already carry: not being able to tell how much you've taken on until it's too late, especially with a dark fabric that won't show you a warning first. That's a real feeling on its own, long before it turns into a question about numbers.

Here's the practical answer. Whatever your normal flow is, our period pants hold three to four times more than that. If you'd normally need to change every hour, you should be able to go three to four hours before you need to think about it again.
